HOA will provide meat by Big Hoffa’s. Please bring a covered dish to share with your neighbors. Iced Tea and Lemonade as well as table set up will be provided. There are plenty of picnic tables but feel free to bring a lawn chair if you would like. Quaker Park is located behind the Public Safety Building by the Post Office. We will have our own “Minute to Win It” type games.

Congrats to Homeowner!

The Westfield Parks group has a contest called Westfield In Bloom, and they held a floral competition and one of our homeowners won for Best Small Front yard! The homeowner is Billie Essex and she lives on Amberwood Court. Click here to see a photo.

Notice: Lock Your Car!

A string of auto thefts have occurred on Amberwood Court, so please be sure to keep your car locked! The Westfield Police Department has been patroling late into the night to ensure our safety.

2010 Dues

2010 dues do not increase; they are $115.00, and were due April 15th 2010. Please get your dues in by May 15, 2010 to avoid late charges. If you have special circumstances, please contact the treasurer for assistance.

Homestead Deduction

Remember to complete the pink Homestead Deduction verification form that was included in your property tax mailing from Hamilton County. You will need to file this form in order to keep your Homestead Deduction. Failure to file will result in the loss of the deduction and an increase in your property taxes.

Garage Sale

Details are being worked out, but the garage sale will be some time in June... check back later for updates.

Reminders

  • Campers, motor homes, trucks, trailers, recreational vehicles or boats may not be stored on any lot in open public view.

  • The streets of our neighborhood should not be considered a place of long-term parking for cars needing work; it is an eye-sore and safety hazard. Please keep all vehicles that are not in use in you driveway or garage.
  • Yards should be mowed on a timely basis and landscaping should be regularly maintained.
  • Trash carts should be out of view until trash day. Please store them in your garage, or outside on the side or back or your home.
  • Coach lights- the neightborhood was designed to be lit be automatic post lamps in everyone's yard. Please do your part for neighborhood security and make sure yours is working. Missing lamp post cross-bars can be purchased at Lowe's for around four dollars; lamp sensors can also be purchased there.
  • Please contact the Westfield Public Works at 896-5452 to report any potholes the need to be filled.
